Once meat has been defrosted, can you refreeze?

I recently purchased about 20lbs of discada which is ground beef mixed w/ chorizo for my daughter’s birthday party. We froze it but didn’t use it. Is it ok to refreeze it? It was not cooked and did not defrost completely. Thanks for your advice.

NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO You MUST COOK IT and THEN freeze, that will be the ONLY way to save it.
