When I first looked at espresso machines, I wanted one with the most features for the money. The best way to to know what you really want in a machine is to simply compare what some models have and other models don’t, and then prioritize your wish list. In the end after comparing Cuisinart, Lello, and Gaggia, I ended up with the Delonghi Esam 6600 Gran Dama.
I bought my very first espresso machine with little money only due to I was still new in the coffe brewing game. I was still good but quite much featureless as far as that end of it goes. I found it too expensive to visit my local coffee shop on a regular basis, so I figured I’d invest that money instead on a home espresso machine. I am so glad that I did finally get a nice full featured machine like the Delonghi Esam6600 Gran Dama for my home espresso, latte, and cappuccino.

- you can choose coffee brew strength
The investment into the Delonghi Esam6600 Gran Dama paid off, and although I have not used some of the other models first hand, I am very happy with my purchase. The money I save buying coffee house beverages is worth giving them up to have the convenience of making my own at home any time I like.
