Buying Computers from Ebay?
I see alot of questions people post about buying a laptop on Ebay and I see alot of answers telling them not to buy a laptop on Ebay. Used computers are not the only computers being sold on Ebay. They have new computer as well. Some which are still in the manufactuer’s box. I can understand not buying a used computer from Ebay. But what about those listed as NIB(New in Box) that still have the warranty on them?
Ebay now has buyer protection, where if your purchase is not what you expected and it can’t be resolved between you and the seller Ebay will refund your purchase price and shipping and handling back into your paypal account.

I have only seen computers advertised as NIB(new in box) and in their description they say 1 year warranty meaning if something goes wrong you send it to the company and they fix it. I have had a computer before and never paid to have the manufacture fix it. That’s what the warranty is for.
Make sure seller has good feedback and you should be fine. The one year warranty is by the company who makes the product so you will be covered even if you buy on ebay. You could also try using http://www.yourtypos.com it will search ebay for misspelled auctions.(with typos in the title) So you might find an even better deal than you would of thought .
