La Pavoni Cafe – An Excellent Espresso Machine
The La Pavoni CAFE 2V commercial espresso machine is a 2-group volumetric (automatic) commercial espresso machine with a 10 liter boiler. The CAFE 2V is a larger version of the compact PUB 2V sharing many of the same features including a hot water tap,automatic coffee and water dosing with manual override and 4-position power saver switch. CAFE 2V offers a larger cup warming area on top along with an extra steam wand for faster service.
The La Pavoni CAFE units are equipped with the latest technology such as thermal stability to the coffee groups which ensure a constant temperature and pre-infusion of the coffee grounds which allows for consistent balanced shots of coffee. Additional features such as a water softner are standard equipment on all la Pavoni models.
A quality built machine such a la Pavoni features brand name components such as Parker solenoids Sirai pressurstats and Procon motors.
Electronic programmable dosing espresso machine with digital control pad and microprocessor. Four coffee cup size selections including continuous brewing and an instant -stop button. Hot water jet is controlled by Knob. Press- forged nickel brass groups with vertical infusion chamber and pressurization system.
