Downloading files in Visual Basic 6 with progress bar, speed, pause and resume?

I’ve been looking for a way of doing this. Has anyone got a method of doing this? Thanks.

Download Visual Studio Express Edition (VB.Net) for free from Microsoft.
Use the System.Web framework to make this easy.

Stop using VB6. Its old, obsolete, and useless.
