why do non-white stand up comedians only tell racial jokes?
It’s soooo played out! If you watch someone like Dane Cook or Louis CK they tell all kinds of different jokes about all sorts of things. Variety! But the non white comedians like Carlos Mencia, Russell Peters, basically EVERY black comic, can only make jokes about dumb racial stereotypes. I don’t know what it’s like to be mexican or chinese. Can’t these comics come up with something everyone can relate to?
I don’t know why anyone would be offended by a question, its a question and if your offended your to touchy about the subject. It’s kinda true thou, if a white person were to say any semi-racist joke kidding, we’d get critics. But if a black person were to call a white person, a cracker or a name they’d be applaud. Everyone needs to get over the racist issue, it’s 2010. Slavery is over. America is FULL of all kinds of Americans, we are all Americans.
