Allied American Steel stock plunges 40 percent
To you, it may not even be enough to purchase a cup of convenience store coffee. But to the shareholders of Allied American Steel Corp., it’s 40 percent of their investment up in smoke. Shares of the Pittsburgh-based prospective iron ore prospector tumbled 67 cents last week after enjoying a 60 percent gain through the first three weeks of June.
